To benefit the guarantee and request your exchange, you must return the vehicle to Honda Île Perrot where it was delivered within a period not exceeding 10 days or 500 km from the time of delivery, including weekends and holidays. 

The satisfaction guarantee allows you to exchange your vehicle for a vehicle of equivalent or greater value available from our pre-owned inventory. 

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, both aesthetically and mechanically, without having been modified or altered in any way. 

If the vehicle has been registered, the plate refund will be issued by the SAAQ directly to the customer according to their terms.

Certain types of financing are not eligible for this offer.

Our terms and conditions will be interpreted in consideration of sections 73, 76 to 79 of the Consumer Protection Act if they apply, as indicated in the instalment sales contract.
